Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Betsey Johnson purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original box or a sturdy shipping container.
Drop It Off
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
